Receiving Christ’s supply in the very place where we have become anxious about supplying everyone else.
Transcript
Brother, we are also among the hungry. We see someone hurting and want to help. We listen, speak, and give something of ourselves. But in the very place where we have become anxious about supplying everyone else, we need His supply. Christ’s life within us does not make us the source of another person’s life. There are people we cannot persuade, circumstances we cannot repair, and griefs we cannot explain. We can bring our unfinished care to Him. We do not need to understand every movement of our hearts before we turn toward Christ. He knows what is love, what is fear, and what is our desire to be needed. He is already our life. We can receive Him here.
